A booking is confirmed only after advance payment is received and acknowledged by Himalayan Way. Full payment must be cleared before the trip start date as communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellations made 15+ days before departure are eligible for a partial refund of the advance. Cancellations within 7 days of departure are non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7-10 working days.
Itineraries may be altered due to weather, road conditions, landslides or local authority restrictions. Himalayan Way will offer the closest possible alternative in such cases.
Guests are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, and for their own health/fitness for adventure activities. Himalayan Way is not liable for personal injury, loss or theft of belongings during the trip.
Prices quoted are per person/per vehicle as mentioned against each package and are subject to change during peak season, festivals, or fuel-price revisions, unless already confirmed in writing.
